Join me on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 1:30-3pm as I am joined by Stephanie Zimmerman of Atlanta, Georgia to discuss the Resiliency Factor in the journey from cancer to wellness.
We will screen Stephanie’s award-winning documentary film entitled ‘Resilient: the Story of Late Effects of Cancer Treatment’ as a springboard for our discussion on the role of the subconscious mind along the road to recovery and wellness.
Stephanie is a pediatric oncology nurse practitioner, a young adult survivor of childhood cancer, a heart transplant recipient, and a documentary film producer.
This meetup is for individuals impacted by cancer (and their loved ones or caregivers) interested to learn of meaningful and practical ways to supplement their medical care. Learn how mobilizing the mind to heal the body amidst or after the devastating physical and emotional effects of cancer treatment can promote wellness and quality of life.
I do hope you will consider joining us for what promises to be an afternoon of encouragement and hope to all who are affected by cancer.
