Rest, recovery & Resilience

Health and resilience is important to everyone...and that means you!!.

This is a 3 hour practical workshop, with learning, hints and tips from the world of sports science, neuroscience, epigenetics and wellbeing; from those operating at the very peak of human potential.

You will discover how to:

  • banish fatigue at work and home
  • restore energy levels throughout the working day
  • improve emotional strength and tolerance
  • manage deadlines without them dominating your thoughts
  • use stress as a means to develop greater resilience
  • improve sleep quality
  • develop simple, effective techniques for building confidence and reducing worry
  • relax, switch off and rest at will

The workshop will explore how we can work intelligently with our autonomic nervous system to achieve great resilience, tolerance to stress, long-term mental and physical wellbeing, and enhanced enjoyment of work and life.

All learning will be highly practical, accessible and easy to implement.
