This is a 3 hour practical workshop, with learning, hints and tips from the world of sports science, neuroscience, epigenetics and wellbeing; from those operating at the very peak of human potential.
You will discover how to:
banish fatigue at work and home
restore energy levels throughout the working day
improve emotional strength and tolerance
manage deadlines without them dominating your thoughts
use stress as a means to develop greater resilience
improve sleep quality
develop simple, effective techniques for building confidence and reducing worry
relax, switch off and rest at will
The workshop will explore how we can work intelligently with our autonomic nervous system to achieve great resilience, tolerance to stress, long-term mental and physical wellbeing, and enhanced enjoyment of work and life.
All learning will be highly practical, accessible and easy to implement.
