JOMO - the Joy of Missing Out - can be a nourishing antidote to the pressure we often feel to squeeze EVERYTHING into our winter holidays. Family meals. Work parties. School plays. Overdue projects. Shopping. Cooking. Decorating. Travel.

Enough!

It's time to prioritize the activities that give you joy and say no to the commitments that drain you.

During this two hour class, we are excited to share practical strategies to manage stress and build resilience, especially when you have the tendency to put your needs last. Together we will practice:

  • Decision making tools that help you prioritize what's really important
  • Communication tips for politely declining invitations
  • Strategies to weave self-compassion and self-care throughout your busy day
  • Stating your needs without apologizing for them
  • Making requests about boundaries with family
