Come join us at Sweet Freedom Yoga for an event focused on building resilience during the winter season! This in-person gathering will be filled with mindfulness practices, movement, psychoeducation, and community support to help you thrive during the colder months. This workshop offers space to explore emotional regulation, stress responses, and ways to feel more connected—within yourself and with others. Whether you are naviagting seasonal shifts, caregiving demands, or simply seeking steadiness, this space is designed to be calming, inclusive, and accessible. Just bring yourself, as you are.

Yoga mat or cushion to sit on, something hydrating, journal and writing tool. This workshop is meant to be comforting and nourishing so please feel free to bring whatever else feels comforting to you (i.e., blanket, cozy sweater, tea, fuzzy socks, etc.).
