Every nonprofit needs an "early warning system" to help spot threats before they become crises and see opportunities before they pass by. In this lively session, participants will learn how to create that EWS using what's known as Lean Risk Management. You will leave this workshop with an understanding of what's at stake, a common vocabulary to use with your team, and practical steps you can take immediately to improve resilience and sustainability in your nonprofit.
