Feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just in need of some peace and quiet?
Join us for a calming, guided Forest Bathing experience designed to help you reconnect with nature—and regulate your nervous system in the process.
Rooted in both ancient practices and modern neuroscience, Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a gentle, mindful walk through the forest.
Busy mind? Racing thoughts? Difficulty slowing down? Forest Bathing is a proven method to help you let go, and become present to the moment.
This is not a hike. It’s an opportunity to:
- Relax through deep rest
- Calm your overworked nervous system
- Learn simple tools for mindful nature connection
- Experience first-hand nature’s effect on reducing stress and boosing your mood
