This workshop is designed for an individual who needs a more in-depth understanding of OSHA Electrical Safety standards and a basic understanding of both NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 70 “National Electrical Code” and NFPA 70E “Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace”. The workshop is based on key aspects of both the OSHA General and Construction Industry Safety standards. The workshop will address basic Arc Flash safety planning and electrical safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Workshop Learning Objectives:
A competent individual that will possess a basic understanding of OSHA electrical safety regulations and key elements of both NFPA 70 & 70E and how the regulations and standards can be applied in the workplace.
