NATIONAL STEPS CHALLENGE™ SEASON 2
RESERVATION FOR COLLECTION OF HPB STEPS TRACKER
Due to popular demand, collection by reservation has been extended with new limited slots from 12 December 2016 onwards.
Please note that booking must be made 3 calendar days before the date of collection. Participants will receive an Eventbrite confirmation email with collection ticket(s) if booking is successful.
Participants must download Healthy 365 app and sign up for the National Steps Challenge™ Season 2 on the Challenge tab. Only new participants (Singaporeans and PRs) are eligible to receive a free HPB steps tracker, which is available on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis. Season 1 participants who have previously collected their steps trackers are no longer eligible for another free steps tracker. Non-smartphone participants can sign up on the spot during collection. If you are unable to collect the HPB steps tracker personally, you can authorise someone else to collect on your behalf after you have successfully registered for the National Steps Challenge™ Season 2. The authorised person must produce the original or photo of your NRIC (limited to a maximum of 3 HPB steps trackers to be collected by 1 person, including himself or herself) for verification of eligibility during collection.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The National Steps Challenge™ is only open to participants above 18 years old.
2. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Please park at the basement carpark of the Health Promotion Board at 3 Second Hospital Avenue, Singapore 168937.
3. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

4. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your registration for the collection is transferrable, as long as the person you transferred the reservation slot to is able to provide the email confirmation and the NRICs at the point of collection. The collection quota of 3 participants per collection remains.
5. How do I change my reservation slot?
You may log in to the booking form to cancel your reservation and then proceed to book your new preferred slot.
6. I've booked my collection slot earlier, before the additional slots were available. I prefer the new slots. How do I change my booking?
You may log in via the new URL (https://trackercollection3.eventbrite.com) to book your preferred slot, then cancel your previous booking by following the URL link in the previous booking confirmation.
7. What if I'm late for my reservation slot?
You may be directed to the walk-in queue instead. Please note that waiting time for walk-in queue is typically between 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.
8. I managed to select my preferred date but I did not receive a confirmation email.
Please check that you have entered the correct email address. Also check that your collection date is at least 3 calendar days from the day you made the appointment. As the collection slots will close 3 calendar days before date of appointment, you will not be able to submit your request even if you have managed to select your preferred date and slot. Collection by appointment requests will not be entertained on-site without the confirmation email from Eventbrite.
