Former Policy Director of the Residential Landlords Association and Legal Council to The National Residential Landlords Association' (NRLA). David specialises in property litigation, property regulation, and data protection - particularly in relation to residential tenancies.

He has worked in every level of the civil courts from the county courts all the way to the Supreme Court. He also has substantial experience in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals in several different chambers contesting decisions of local authorities.

An active and leading commentator on The Renters Rights Bill, and one of LinkedIn's top Legal Influencers, David promises to provided straight talking commentary on the key changes the Bill brings, and what Landlords and Agents can do to prepare.
