What is the format of the event?

The first half hour is a networking event with other investors interested in rental properties. We supply wine and light snacks. Our presentation will begin at 6:30 pm.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, 18 years of age.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Free, open parking in front of the building.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You may bring a note pad and pen. No cameras or other recording is permitted.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, a printed ticket is not necessary though we do appreciate everyone registering so that we may plan accordingly.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Frank Volkert, Owner of Real Property Management North Puget Sound, will discuss the most expensive mistakes property owners make when managing residential rental properties and how to become most profitable.

Frank is a native of Utah, moved to Snohomish in 2012. For the last 35 years Frank owned a carpet cleaning business, a Jani-King janitorial franchise, which he turned over to one of his sons, and most recently a flooring business. Frank and his wife Gail spent the years owning and with the help of their six children, managing a 32 unit apartment complex, two 4-plexes and single family homes. Real Property Management was a perfect fit for their past business experience and joined their son Daniel and his wife Emily in opening an office in the Everett, WA area. They continue to help and serve the needs of many people in their endeavor.
