This is not a traveling workshop presented by a book writer or a tv character. These are local people with local success and an extensive track record of helping a large number of others gain that same success through their passion of real estate investing.
This is workshop is designed for 3 types of people:
A. While there are several methods, markets and successful real estate investors, information and even shows out there, what we are lacking is the true "how-to" for someone who is at the starting line and truly wants to find success in real estate investments but needs more information and guidance to get started. This is a workshop for you!
B. If you already invest in real estate or another market, but are looking to diversify your portfolio, increase your returns and learn more about our proprietary investment strategies and off-market opportunities - This is a workshop for you!
C. If you are relying entirely on the stock market to support your retirement or 401k... this workshop is essential for you!

Frank Volkert, Owner of Real Property Management North Puget Sound, will discuss the most expensive mistakes property owners make when managing residential rental properties and how to become most profitable.
Frank is a native of Utah, moved to Snohomish in 2012. For the last 35 years Frank owned a carpet cleaning business, a Jani-King janitorial franchise, which he turned over to one of his sons, and most recently a flooring business. Frank and his wife Gail spent the years owning and with the help of their six children, managing a 32 unit apartment complex, two 4-plexes and single family homes. Real Property Management was a perfect fit for their past business experience and joined their son Daniel and his wife Emily in opening an office in the Everett, WA area. They continue to help and serve the needs of many people in their endeavor.
