Come and find out about all the things you should know (and all the things you don't)!

If you're looking to hire remote workers or want to set up a remote work program, this event is for you.

Many companies are worried about falling behind the market or want to hire from a global talent pool, but don't know:

*How do I find the right people to work remotely?
*How do we onboard them successfully?
*How do we implement remote work and flexible work options within our existing teams?
*What is best practice when managing remote teams?
*What software tools and programs are best to use for remote working?

SCHEDULE:

SPEAKERS:

*Nadia Harris-Kosior - Expansion Business Partner at Talent Place - an international community of professional recruiters. She has an expertise in working with HR to hire successfully hire remote workers. She will share value and top secret tips on how to find the best remote workers and what obstacles to avoid when hiring.

*Brittnee Bond, Founder of Remote Collective, a video series showcasing the remote work ecosystem. She believes all people should have access to remote work and intends to make this a reality through education, consulting, and social impact work. She will share how to set up a remote work program, what systems and tools are best to manage teams remotely, and how create a successful culture for hybrid teams.

*Angelina Ebeling, Founder and CEO of acework, the remote talent platform connecting vetted candidates with remote career opportunities. Prior to founding acework, she led the US expansion of a German tech startup in New York City, where she realised the potential of remote work. She also has experience in Recruiting and Marketing, and holds a Master's Degree from ESADE Business School and Sydney University.

*HOST: Tobias Kremkau is Head of Coworking at St. Oberholz and a project consultant for the topics Coworking and New Work. Prior to that, he was the Coworking Manager at St. Oberholz’s coworking spaces in Berlin. Before joining the coworking industry, Tobias was the project manager of Netzpiloten.de, one of the first blogs on internet culture in Germany, from 2013 to 2016. He is also one of the co-founders of the German Coworking Federation (GCF).
