On-Street Parking: Metered spaces are available directly along Court Street and the surrounding blocks.

Public Lots: $0.75 per hour (Enforced Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Street Meters: $1.00 per hour (5-hour time limit).

Pay-by-Text: Text 'CLEARWATER' to 727563 to get a quick payment link sent straight to your phone.

ParkMobile or FlowBird App: Scan the QR code on the sign nearest your parking space. Enter your parking zone number into the app to pay and online. Add more time on the app if the meeting runs long.

How do I find the conference room when I arrive?

When you enter through BDRS' main entrance at 440 Court Street, immediately turn right. Follow the hallway all the way to the end, and the conference room will be straight ahead. Give yourself an extra 5–10 minutes before the 2 p.m.  start time to park, walk in, and grab a good seat.

We’ll walk you through the VuSpex GO app by using offline field reports and virtual inspections. Learn how to navigate the guidelines, check permit eligibility, and use digital submissions to eliminate wait times. This info applies to all permit types and will be shared on June 17 and 30.

May I attend this meeting online?

Yes! You can attend virtually via Zoom. Register online at https://pinellas.gov/virtual-inspections/. Online attendees will receive the same information as the in-person group and will have the opportunity to ask questions live.

Is there a fee to download or use the VuSpex GO platform?

Accepted Answer

No. The VuSpex GO app is completely free to download and use for all licensed contractors and homeowners managing active permits within Pinellas County.

What if I can't make it to any of the scheduled meeting dates?

Don't worry! We will record the sessions and upload the presentation to YouTube. You can also access step-by-step contractor user guides, FAQs, and permit eligibility requirements anytime by visiting pinellas.gov/virtual-inspections.
