REMEMBRANCE DAY FOUR COURSE DINNER

Come join us at The Casual Canoe Bourbon & Craft Kitchen for a special evening of delicious food and reflection. Our four-course dinner will be a culinary experience to remember as we honor and commemorate Remembrance Day. All profits donated to 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC)

All proteins graciously donated by Hamel Meats - the Lakelands favourite butcher & meat shop! The evening will be made extra special with performances from the talented 4 Wing Band.

FOUR COURSE MENU

First Course: Fall Harvest Greens: honey crisp apples, butternut squash, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds with a honey balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course: Steak Fromage Bisque Soup

Third Course: Bourbon Braised Beef: slow-cooked to perfection served with port-glazed carrots & creamy mash potatoes. A Casual Canoe Classic.

Dessert: Double chocolate brownie on a bed of maple chocolate soil Garnished with vanilla ice cream, bourbon caramel and a drizzle of maple syrup

Dinner served with Red & White Wine from Monte Creek Living Land, donated by The Casual Canoe Bourbon & Craft Kitchen
