Hospice Care is ultilized when a cure cannot be offered for a life-limiting disease. The goal of hospice is to maximize comfort for a terminally ill patient and to assist in making whatever time remains to be the highest quality of life possible. Hospice treats the patient not the disease. The team at Neighborhood Health provides a collaborative approach to care that meeets the needs of both the patient and the family.
You are cordially invited to join us in our fundraising efforts by supporting this year's "Remembering our Angels" appeal to remember someone special. Please join us as we share in the season of giving within our family community by attending a memorial service and Angel Tree Lighting to be held at the Church of the Loving Shepherd, 1066 South New Street, West Chester, PA 19382, Sunday December 4, 2016, at 3:00 PM (snow date December 11, 2016) where attendees can hang their personalized ornaments on the Angel Tree. At the conclusion of the service the personalized angels will be transported back to Neighborhood Hospice to adorn the two trees in the Family Lounge for everyone to enjoy.
Each $35.00 gift will purchase one beautiful angel, personalized with the name of a special person you would like to remember.
