About this event

The pressures of modern living have resulted in a population of people in a constant state of anxiousness and overwhelm.

Stress, anxiety and overwhelm have become such every day terms for so many people (adults and children alike) that they have been normalised, when really, that is not what life is meant to be about.

Yes you have a lot on your plate, but how much of this is self created, how much of it is necessary or beneficial? It is time for a lifestyle audit.

Being stressed about the small things doesn't actually make it better or easier - quite the opposite; the more stressed we are the more there is to stress about.

I will be teaching you why you feel the way you do (clue, it has very little to do with what's going on outside of you).

It is actually completely possible to have a busy life that isn't necessarily a stressful one. You can still be productive without being overwhelmed.

It is about learning to calm the mind and the central nervous system.

We are in one of the most exciting times for the development of stress and anxiety relief tools. This workshop is going to:

About the Presenter:

Hi I am Sonja!

This workshop has been designed by me, a leader in Stress and Anxiety relief. After years of working in the some of the most challenging environments (including 15 years in secondary education and training) I have helped literally 100s of people get their lives back on track and feel more in control and on top of things.

With over 9 years experience in working with 1:1 clients, corporate presentations and trainings, integrated health workshops and trainings. I am also a published author and regular contributor to online publications. It is my passion to create a healthier and happier community - and that starts with helping you become the best version of yourself!

It is all possible when we get out of our own way and learn to connect into who we truly are.
