About this event

This class allows for freedom of the expression of emotions to release stagnant energy from the body making way for creating an overall shift in the energy field which assists in bringing about a sense of well being and mental clarity.

Shananda facilitates this space as you listen to your Soul's wisdom and open your heart space through being in sacred community.

Priestess Shananda offers a renewing integration of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, music therapy & sacred dance to create nurturing and safety for full expression.

Breath Session with

Even though I am holding this sacred space for you to take time for self, through connecting with your body through offering a program which includes yogic based practices, you are responsible for engaging in a way that is comfortable for you.
