About this Event
Join Regina Dillard, Founder of Inner Sanctum Wellness, for a fast-paced, energizing yoga class. In this Limited-Time-Offer Class, you will learn various warm-up exercises and asanas to build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue, maintain a high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body with a focus on strength,balance and overall body function. We will end the class with a calming and cool-down savasana to help the body relax and reset.
LEVEL 1-2: Beginner - Intermediate
Class Equipment:
- Yoga Mat
- Water Bottle (optional)
- No special equipment or perfect yoga body required. It's all about YOU and your MAT. :)
