Everyone is looking to improve the quality of their lives and their level of happiness. It's a natural stage of development and an ordinary desire.


Lots of studies show that exercise, being physically active for life and being part of a community or group of people who support and inspire each other are essential for our balance, happiness and for a good life generally.


In this discussion we will be asking

1) What is the connection between:

- relationships and balance?

- relationships and exercise?

2) How can exercise / physical activity help us to improve the quality of our relationships with ourselves, family, friends, colleagues, and others in general?

3) Can we find a better balance in our lives and improve the quality of our relationships through exercise / social activities?
