The DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve personal, work productivity, teamwork and communication. The DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. Profile can be used for: Team building, employee communication, conflict management, motivation, productivity, and individual performance.

Fox Coaching Inc. is pleased to collaborate with Daystar Center to provide a series of professional and personal development talks for its guests. They will facilitate a professional and personal development series comprised of six one-hour experiential sessions to introduce guests to:
- Individual Leadership
- Relationship Building
- Team Leadership
- Social + Emotional Intelligence
- Conflict Management
- Work | Life Balance
After introductions, each session will be comprised of guests receiving and taking their own individual assessment using a globally recognized development tool, an overview of the development model, and insights into how to use the results to create an action plan for putting the principles into practice.
Each session will be facilitated by Howard Fox, a Business Consultant and Leadership Coach, and a resident in Chicago’s South Loop Community.
Howard has a passion for Business Consulting & Leadership Coaching. He specializes in helping Business Owners, Leaders, and Managers improve performance and profits. His coaching clients include individuals of all ages, teams, and groups to invigorate their management and leadership behaviors to model, inspire, challenge, enable, and encourage everyone.
