A coach’s way of being matters.

Authenticity of the coach begets authenticity in the client.

There’s always another moment.

Speaking up and taking risks is possible in creating relationship.

Some of your valuable takeaways:

— An expanded capacity for staying grounded in the moment

— A way to relax into your authentic self while coaching so that you can feel comfortable (and stay present) no matter what comes up in a coaching session

— A deeper listening, and more ease to bring into your coaching

— A stronger muscle for staying open, confident, and flexible with clients

— A heightened ability to create a safe environment for clients to be who they are

About the organizer

Facilitators Tina Mertel, MCC and Pam Noda, PCC are certified in Relational Presence (also known as Speaking Circles®) Training. Experience has taught them that being in Relational Presence with clients is the ground of coaching wisdom. From there emerges a coach’s sense of what to say when and which skills/tools to apply. From there emerges a client’s inner knowing and call to action. This combination is what yields inspired coaching from the coach and inspired results for the client.
