Description

At this workshop we’ll cover multiple home-scale techniques for bringing dry, dusty soil back to life.

Vermicomposting— The benefits and process of using farming worms to build great soil

Thermal composting—How to use science to create perfect compost in your yard, and get your soil biology working for optimal plant health.

Compost Tea—Why brew it, how to make it, and how it can be used as a free, all-natural plant and soil booster!

Participants will take home hands outs and recipes for these techniques. Please contact loomisben@gmail.com with any questions, and check out all of our other awesome homesteading workshops at https://www.facebook.com/pg/homesteadteachers.
