The term innovation has been at the centre of strategy conversations for last decade. It differs from continuous improvement, yet in practice many organisations struggle to find and implement truly innovative solutions. Is this a strategy issue, or is innovation really about culture? When successful, innovation can be a powerful catalyst for business improvement and lasting success.
So how do you enable innovation and creativity flourish in your organisation? This presentation will show you a creative step-by-step approach to explore possibilities of what could be, and how to advance ideas to a desired outcome. Interaction during the session will generate ideas to transform an organisational culture towards innovation thinking.
This session will be facilitated by Steve Nayda, one of Adelaide's most experienced management consultants with over 20 years experience, in both Australia and New Zealand, leading the consulting divisions for big four and mid-tier chartered accounting firms, and working with the largest Australian owned consulting firm. Steve has also worked across all levels of government where he has designed strategy, engaged diverse stakeholders to overcome conflict and create solutions, with a specialist focus on innovation and economic development. He has conducted culture change programs and strategic reviews with a purpose of providing better and more efficient services.
