CRAWL FOR KIDS PRESENTS....

REINDEER GAMES 2...

WHO: Crawl for Kids is an organizer and host of fundraising pub crawls to support the many local children's charities in the DFW Metroplex and beyond.

WHAT: Reindeer Games is our second annual flagship crawl, benefitting Raise the Arts, a community initiative designed to resource under funded schools. Specifically, Raise the Arts is collecting suppies to resource the art and music programs of local elementary schools. Budget cuts in DISD have dramatically affected these programs. This year, Raise the Arts has chosen Martin Luther King Jr Learning Center in south Dallas.

WHEN: December 7, 2013 2-7 pm

WHERE: the winter wonderland of Dallas Texas (specifically, The Den/Rumor Lounge, 6th Street, Social House, Primebar, Trophy Room, Kung Fu Saloon, and Concrete Cowboy)

WHY: More like, why not?! But if you really need a reason, we're just a couple of dudes who wanted to throw a party and help some kids in the process.

This is a Christmas themed pub crawl... dress the part!

Event runs from 2pm-7pm, with an after party and awards ceremony starting at 7pm. The afterparty is being hosted by The Den/Rumor Lounge at 2710 McKinney Ave.

Here's a list of the Participating bars: The Den/Rumor Lounge, 6th Street, Primebar, Social House, Trophy Room, Kung Fu Saloon, and Concrete Cowboy.

Each team of 6 will be assigned 5 bars and have a pre determined route. The assigned routes will be emailed to each team no later than December 5 @ 8 pm.

Each team will get a complimentary six-pack of Deep Ellum beer per bar and Deep Eddy drink specials all day. Teams will check in with the volunteers and the volunteers will instruct you from there.

A different Reindeer Game will be assigned to each bar. Play the games and win cool prizes. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each game at the after party/award ceremony. Be a winner. It's fun.

Shot/drink specials sponsored by Deep Eddy Vodka. Awesome, but please remember to drink responsibly.

Price includes complimentary cans of Deep Ellum beers, a Commemorative pint glass (handed out at award ceremony), Deep Eddy Drink Specials, and entry to games to win prizes.

It is recommended you sign up as a team and purchase the team ticket package. If you sign up as an Individual (part of a team), you will be promted for your team name at checkout. Please make sure it's the same across all individuals. We will be happy to assign walk-ons to teams - in fact, we encourage it. Just choose the Individual (to be assigned) ticket below and we'll handle the rest.
