Throughframeworks like the Risk Radar and agile auditing techniques, we’ll examine how internalaudit can proactively guide organizations through uncertainty and transformation.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand how the overall landscape for internal audit is constantly evolving leading to new risks and opportunities.
- Evolve internal audit from reactive oversight to proactive risk leadership.
- Manage emerging risks with agility, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Describe why strategic involvement is essential — auditors should influence decisions, not just validate them.
