How might we make safe and affordable healthcare accessible to women in the U.S.A and around the world? What barriers prevent pregnant mothers from seeking and receiving adequate prenatal care? How can we reimagine the future of healthcare so that it comprehensively covers all women and children?
These are some of the questions that we will be exploring during a three-part workshop series offered by the Center for Global Public Health and the Blum Center for Developing Economies in Spring 2017.
Each workshop will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn a design-thinking method and then apply it to global public health challenge. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds to attend any one of the workshops or all three!
Come collaborate with students, faculty, and practitioners to creatively develop solutions to one of the most important issues in public health today: maternal and child health!
