Reiki Sound Bath and Guided Meditation in Boulder

Join Reiki Master Crystal Chinn as she guides you through a beautiful sound healing experience. She combines guided meditations, Reiki, and quartz crystal singing bowls (sharp set) in her 75 min group session.

Please arrive 5-10 min early to settle into your space. I will start promptly at 2:45….the first 15 min will be for teaching/talking, journaling, pulling cards. This will leave enough time for a full 60min sound bath experience.

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle, journal, oracle card deck (anything you need to create a warm, comfortable space for your experience). **squishmallows are becoming the must have item!

Details:

• Parking is free and plentiful

• Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (I do not have extras)

• Feel free to also bring your journal, oracle cards, crystals to get the most out of this session

• Arrive 5-10 min early to settle in

• Spots are $25 and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Front Range Judo’s youth program

• Masks are optional….if you have symptoms of being sick the day of, please do not attend and send me an email for a refund request or to use on another sound bath offering

• Please remove shoes before stepping on the judo mat (bench and cubbies are available to store your things)
