Join us for a late afternoon of restorative wellness! We will have a guided meditation along with a Reiki infused group session. In our modern world today, most people are under stress, are experiencing poor sleep and have an elevated breath and heart rate. With Reiki, breathwork we can move out of stress and into a space where we rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.

So what is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine referred to as energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique involving hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the recipients in order to encourage emotional or physical healing and well-being. I say it's like getting a super charged hug, only better!
