Please join the Historic Resources Committee and the Western Chapter Association for Preservation Technology for a presentation on the recent rehabilitation of the historic Monadnock Building.
Constructed in 1906 and altered in the 1980s, the exterior of the building was recently repaired and restored. As part of the rehabilitation, new storefronts were installed, non-historic paint was removed, and the decorative terra cotta was repaired and restored. Jason Wright of Page & Turnbull will discuss the means and methods used for the rehabilitation and Elisa Skaggs, also of Page & Turnbull, will discuss the entitlement process for the project. After the presentation, we will walk over to the Monadnock Building and Jason Wright will discuss the repair and rehabilitation of specific features.
