Learning Objectives:

    1. Identify what types of laws apply to telehealth service offerings on the state and federal landscapes.
    2. Assess trends in state regulation of telehealth.
    3. Explain current and proposed Maryland telehealth regulations.
    4. Describe challenges posed by Maryland’s as well as other state and federal laws to various types of telehealth companies and providers.

          Registrants will receive a code prior to the webinar to log on and participate in the online session.


          This is the third of a three part webinar series being offered by the Pro Bono Counseling Project in collaboration with the Maryland Telehealth Alliance.



          *The Pro Bono Counseling Project is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Pro Bono counseling Project maintains responsibility for this program and its content. The Maryland Boards of Social Work Examiners and Professional Counsellors and Therapists certify that this program meets the criteria for one credit hour of continuing education for social workers, professional counselors, and therapists licensed in Maryland.

          CE credit is granted to participants with documented attendance at individual workshops and competed evaluation forms for those sessions. Attendance is monitored. Credit will not be granted to registrants who late or depart early from a session. Credit will not be granted to registrants who do not submit a completed evaluation form at the end of the session. It is the responsibility of registrants to comply with these requirements.

          1 day: Attendees can receive refunds up to 1 day before event date less a $3 service charge.
