Event description
Love Campbelltown is raising funds for the Community Landcare Nursery, the prize being an award winning artwork 'The Gums' by Lyn Robins

About this Event

Campbelltown Reflections

The winner of the Campbelltown Reflections award at the 36th annual Rotary Club of Campbelltown Art Show and Sale was Ms Lyn Robins of Tranmere, for her painting titled 'The Gums'. Presented by award sponsor The Hon. John Gardner MP Member for Morialta, Lyn generously gifted her work to LOVE Campbelltown for the purpose of raising funds for a community project in Campbelltown.

Passionate about preserving trees in the suburbs, Lyn believes "We've lost too many already!" Therefore it seems perfectly fitting for money raised from the raffle of this painting to go toward the fit out of the new Campbelltown Community Landcare Nursery. 'The Gums' is valued by the artist at $1200 and is approximately 900x600mm in size.

We are unbelievably excited about this collaborative project which will grow people as well as plants and trees! Tickets are $5 and the winner will be drawn during LOVE Campbelltown's April 10th at 10.

You can view the painting on display at the Campbelltown Public Library, 171 Montacute Road Newton (IT Suite window).
