Daniel Klingenberger has more than 30 years of experience representing companies in employment litigation and discrimination. In addition, he works with employers on union/management issues, including union organizing, picketing, and work stoppages. He represents employers in collective bargaining negations and labor arbitrations involving employee discipline and contractual disputes. He also counsels employers on the development of employee handbooks and other company policies.
