REGISTRATION: Discover Camp for Ages 8-9 years old

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS ON 4/8/23 AT 11:30 PM AND IS LIMITED TO 75 SPACES EACH FOR GIRLS AND BOYS! GET YOUR TICKETS ASAP!

As a matter of housekeeping, there are a couple of acknowledgments you will be expected to complete as part of the registration process. The details for those acknowledgements are listed below:

1.Media Release policy: I hereby grant my permission to the TN District to use my child's image (photographs and/or video) without constraint or restriction for use in District publications including but not limited to: Videos, Email Blasts, Newsletters, Magazines, Website and Social Media.

2. You are applying to send your child to a closed camp. No camper is allowed to leave the premises without permission from the camp administration. Parents and guardians are only allowed on the campground during specific hours of each day, specifically, for evening services and are expected to vacate the premises within the boundaries indicated by said administration. Campers will have a regimented schedule, and must be able to climb stairs and walk steep inclines. No electronic devices, including cell phones, are allowed for campers. (Cameras are allowed.)

3.I hereby give my permission for my child to be treated in the event of a medical emergency and am unable to give my consent. I agree to assume all responsibility for expenses not covered by insurance and I will in no way hold the UPCI Tennessee District liable for any injury or harm. ALL medications(including Melatonin) must be given to the Camp Nurse upon arrival. By submitting this application, you agree to these terms and verify that your child is physically able to participate in normal camp activities. Should the need arise, your acknowledgement in the question section, authorizes camp staff to seek medical attention for your child. Further, with your acknowledgement in the question section, you release Camp Lake Benson, the UPCI of TN, The UPCI, and all staff and officials from any and all liability resulting from any injury that may occur.

*All those registered for camps after May 17th, will not be guaranteed a tshirt. Please register your children early so they have a shirt ordered just for them!
