AgriGrowth, along with its partners, invite you to participate in learning about strategies and labor tools associated with attracting, recruiting and retaining quality talent. Participants will have the opportunity to set-up an AgriGrowth Job Exchange employer account (receive promo code for doing so).


This workshop will take place immediately before the Ag, Food and Business Career Fair at the University of Minnesota. You may attend the U of M Career Fair, Regional Workforce Strategy Session or both but need to register separately for each event.


ATTENDEES WILL:

Receive assistance creating an AgriGrowth Job Exchange employer profile

Learn about existing support strategies and labor tools

Receive insights helpful for integrating the multi-generational workplace

Direct access to: MN State Colleges and Universities agriculture career & employment center

AgriGrowth Job Exchange software developer o RealTime Talent
