6:00-7:00 - Set Goals, Manage Projects and Get It Done -Our world is filled with ideas and information. There is so much we want to do but our time, energy and resources are limited. This workshop will explore how to put ideas into action. Learn how to set goals and why they matter. Create a project plan on the fly and understand the tools that will see a project to completion.

7:00-8:00 - Volunteers Find Them and Keep Them-How can your PTA build the community of volunteers it needs to run a thriving association? How do you attract volunteers and keep them involved? How do you create a balance between your volunteer resources and your needs? Get more volunteers and keep them! We’ll show you how.
