Regenerative Foraging: Gathering Greens & Mushrooms (Part 2)
Event Information
About this Event
Donation-based online foraging aimed to get you inspired and informed to engage with and eat from your local landscape.
In class two of this series, we go deep into wild edible plants & fungi that can be found in most ecosystems. You will learn: identification, recipes, medicinal components and way more. There will be time set aside for foraging questions as well.
Foraging in a regenerative way will be emphasized as we learn to tend to each species in order to promote biodiversity. Any interested forager (beginner or beyond) will undoubtedly learn lots.
