In this training, participants will learn how to shift the focus on supervision from the endless details of home visits to a discussion of strategies, ideas, feelings and results. Trainees will begin with a discussion of reflective practice, talk about how to incorporate reflective practice into supervision, and end with ideas for shifting your own supervision to a more reflective model. This training is appropriate for all staff who supervises employees who work with children and families- Not for direct service staff.

Substitutions after the deadline are acceptable.
When registering online, the name of the person who will attend the class must be entered.
You must pay by credit card to register online and guarantee your reservation.

Please note: your reservation will not be guaranteed until your check is received.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the training date
A $250 cancellation fee will be charged for Healthy Families Core Training and Nurturing Parenting Program Training if cancellation is received less than 7 days in advance.
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for 1-day training classes if the cancellation is received less than 7 days in advance.
Late fees of 5% will be charged for unpaid training fees after 30 days unless payment arrangements have been made. A courtesy call will be made after 21 days.
If fees remain unpaid from previous training classes (60-90 days or more) for an agency/program wishing to register for a future training, the unpaid balance must be paid first.
