Description

Scott Gehlbach, Professor of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, will present his "Reflections on Putin and the Media." He will draw comparisons with President Alberto Fujimori's regime in Peru and speculate on the fragility of the Kremlin's control over the media.
