Description
Reflective practice is essential; developing teachers must cultivate a practice of reflection in a variety of forms, although this session will emphasize written reflection. Participants will survey learning theory, while focusing on particular theories of learning cycles, and explore nine dimensions of reflective practice in order to establish a baseline understanding of the importance of reflective practice.
