Refining the Mind: Women's Conference 2016 is an opportunity for you to have your thoughts shifted. The goal is that you will release some of those things that are holding you back and walk away ready and able to live a more positive productive life.
There will be dynamic women who will pour into your mind and your spirit. You will be come a part of an incredible village of women who are in the process of refining right along with you. You will have your choice of a number of breakout sessions and enjoy your time with everyone at our opening and closing sessions.
Our Keynote Speaker for 2016 is Chisa Pennix-Brown (also known as Lady Bizness). With over 14 years of experience in business coaching, community outreach, and social media insight, Chisa Pennix-Brown has transformed savoir faire and a long-time vision of helping her peers, into Lady Bizness, an organization committed to fostering healthy relationships, business opportunities, and providing events for Entrepreneurs in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad community. Her motto is Show Up & Show Out and she can always be found Giving it to the People!
Continential Breakfast and Lunch are also included in your ticket cost. There will also be vendors available for you to shop to your delight.
The Refining Life is holding its first Awards Gala on Friday, September 23 from 7:30 - 9:30 pm. Come and celebrate wonderful women who are living The Refining Life and inspiring others through their personal journeys. While we are celebrating we will also help to raise funds to keep The Refining Life growing! Enjoy the gala and the conference at a discounted rate.
The Refining Life’s mission is to provide experiences that will help people refine their mindset so that they are able to live more positively productive lives. This will be done through series of speaking events, books, and conferences specifically geared towards reflection of past experiences, revival of the spirit, and rejoicing in success and the potential of future success.
