WHAT SORT OF TRAINING COMITTMENT IS THIS: Bi-weekly educational workshops held in our facebook group via LIVE videos and training runs, as well as the race itself (Fox Cities 5k, Half or Full Marathon)
WHAT IF I HAVE SOME TYPE OF INJURY: Angel Athletes (That’s you) are asked to seek professional medical advice prior to signing-up to participate in RE:FIND.
WHAT IF I LIKE WHAT I’M HEARING BUT NOT SURE OF HOW IN SHAPE I AM: See your personal physician for a check-up and indicate your interest in participating in on-going fitness classes and once per week road running.
CAN WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE TEAM FROM OUR ORGANIZATION: Each team will have 3-4 Angel Athletes and 1 Captain. No more than one team per organization.
WE WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE, BUT WOULD LIKE TO WALK RATHER THAN RUN: Great! Your team must all be walkers, please indicate this somewhere on the registration form.
WHAT ARE SOME WAYS WE CAN INTERACT WITH OUR CAPTAIN: Showing up at the weekly training runs and talking with your Captain. Getting to know the family, who most times are at each training run. Also, inviting the Captain and their parent / guardian to your place of business to have lunch is a fun way too.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THIS AMAZING PROGRAM: Each Angel is asked to pay (tax deductibe donation) or fundraise at least $100.
