Reducing Employee Turnover: Attracting and Retaining an Engaged Workforce

Experiencing a high turnover rate can be expensive and frustrating. Many managers know that it is worth the investment to develop a highly engaged and effective team, but also wonder how can this be achieved despite tight schedules and budgets.

Join us for a lunch-n-learn to:

  • Identify the true reasons why people leave a company.

  • Develop strategies to use in recruitment, orientation, training, and development.

  • Prevent turnover and encourage employees to stay for the long-term.

  • Understand how one Georgia manufacturer reduced their turnover rate from 85% to 15% in just one year.

Event includes lunch, networking, presentation, and Q&A.

Series Partners: Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce, and Barrow County Chamber of Commerce
