Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice of deep relaxation, is an antidote to the stress of daily life. Here's what you'll experience in this 3-part series on Sundays, 4-6pm - January 17, 24, and 31, 2016.
1) Weekly sessions that will give you the direct experience of letting go of worry, anxiety, and overwhelm through the powerful meditative practice of Yoga Nidra
2) Get support to create a home-based Yoga Nidra routine in your daily life
3) Learn new self-care routines to reduce stress and maintain clarity and calmness at work, home, and personal relationships
