Join John Shackleton for a seminar to learn how you can reduce stress, depression and anxiety, build resilience and create better health and happiness for yourself through the use of mindfulness.

Learn what mindfulness is, the neuroscience behind how it works, experience mindfulness techniques for yourself and see how you can cope with life's pressures without becoming overwhelmed and stressed.

A two hours seminar, with the option of a 3 week follow up programme, held in conjunction with Ararimu School to help fund teacher aides for our pupils.
