Event description

Description

Studies show that African American women are 7.5 years biologically older than white women because of extreme stress. Chronic stress can lead to health issues like heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, obesity, depression, and anxiety. It's time we remove our capes and take care of ourselves during this busy holiday season.

This seminar will help you to relax with meditation and provide you with stress-related information & practical tips to manage daily challenges that you may be facing at home, work, school or in your community. If you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious this workshop will benefit you and help you learn to manage & reduce stress gracefully!

In the end, there will be a Q & A session, please feel free to bring your specific questions.

Suruchi Saini is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a Holistic approach. For over 10 years, she has been conducting seminars on Stress Management, Holistic Living, Mindfulness, and self-development in various organizations & conferences utilizing evidence-based research in Psychology and Neuroscience, along with Yoga Philosophy.
