Longing for a better relationship with your children or youth you work with?

Want the children in your life to be more cooperative, helpful and responsible? Want to feel more calm and confident and have alternatives to yelling, taking away privileges and time out? Want to be more conscious instead of simply reacting to children's behaviors? Then this series is for you!

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How we inadvertently activate the part of the brain that causes children to want to resist our guidance.

  • How we can identify stressors in a child's life that actually makes them uncooperative.

  • How we can activate the part of the brain that is loving, creative, and solves problem peacefully.

  • Steps to encourage children to listen to you the first time.

  • Learn how to set limits (staying true to your values) while helping children feel heard and understood.

  • Three steps to set clear limits successfully.

  • Find the sweet spot between being too strict and being too permissive.
