Description

Ladies: Do you feel like you're burning the candle at both ends, and your health is getting sidelined? The demands on our lives can pull us in multiple directions, placing our health on the back burner, often leaving us depleted and under nourished.

In this 3-hour interactive workshop co-led by health and wellness coaches who are food and energy management professionals, gain insight and actionable steps to redesign your eating and energy in ways that elevate you.

As a participant in this program, you will be able to:

  • Identify a powerful precursor to work-life balance

  • Pinpoint essential elements for you to ignite your energy and avoid burnout

  • Describe what hunger and fullness feels like

  • Distinguish between emotional and physical hunger

  • Realize your environment's effect on your choices

  • Devise a compelling vision of your desired level of well-being

Light refreshments will be provided to start our morning together.

Your facilitators are Lisa Dahl and Chris Vasiliadis:

Lisa Dahl loves helping women learn how to create a healthy lifestyle through nourishing their bodies, adding movement, understanding the importance of sleep and finding gratitude. It's time to remove the “all or nothing” mindset and remember that it is about PROGRESS, not PERFECTION!

Lisa is a former caterer who ran Simply Dahlicious Custom Catering and Confections. She then became a Healthy Life Style Architect with certifications in Health and Wellness from Precision Nutrition and Personal Training through the National Personal Training Institute. She now runs A Studio At 68 combining her passions for cooking and healthy living with her 40 years of dieting, food expertise and education to help women get off the diet roller coaster. She believes that women can quiet the "voices" in their heads through creating change and sustainability one choice at a time.

Lisa also is a health and wellness professional with VESTA focusing on self-care. VESTA is a collaborative group of professionals that supports men and women navigating life before, during and after divorce.
