“Redefining Your Future” is a two-day (September 28Th & 29th) seminar to address the unique challenges female Service Members (SMs) face during transition. Some of the topics covered are:
A self-assessment where you will receive coaching on how to define your signature, identify competencies and receive valued insight on what transition looks like for you.
A presentation on your pathway forward which is designed to clarify your direction whether it is education, entrepreneurship, a new career or simply enjoy your family.
A panel discussion with top female corporate executives outlining challenges and opportunities in the workplace.

In addition to the traditional resume assistance and techniques, participants will benefit from networking opportunities with our presenters at the end of each day. Additionally, SMs will participate in a symbolic REdefined Runway Walk to jumpstart your REdefined Journey! This walk will affirm ALL that you receive during the two day session and assist you in visualizing your next steps!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, JBLM requires a minimum of two forms of Identification. There is no age limit requirement for base entry.

Is it important I attend BOTH days?
YES, the days are designed to build on one another. We encourage you to have minimal interruption during this program.
