NOW is The Time to Redefine Success!
Come spend an evening with powerful women as we share stories from women who’ve redefined success for themselves, and listen to the truth about redefining success and how it’s possible for each of us. We'll be laughing, learning and having fun with some incredible women.
Defining success for ourselves is one of the most important things we can do. But our beliefs about success, and what it means, are created and cemented early on in life. This can leave us feeling like we don’t have the option to redefine what success means, especially once we find ourselves on a certain path.
It’s time to change all that! Let’s give each other permission to explore what it means, redefine it and create it for ourselves in a conscious and focused way.
Our conversation on November 3rd will run the gamut: vitality, society's view of women, health, success and managing our busy schedules. In addition, we'll have plenty of time for networking, Q&A with a powerful panel of women, meeting new people, spending time with old friends and listening to inspiring women as they share their stories of success.
7:00: Doors open. Enjoy some fun networking time! Check out our vendors, meet some new women and enjoy some well-deserved down time.
8:00: Panel Discussion We have amazing woman who will share their inspiring stories of success! We always learn the most from real women who find the courage and spirit to share.
9:15: Wrap up of panel Q&A and networking time. You'll have the opportunity to meet with our amazing panelists, vendors and other women.

Misty is a no holds barred warrior of truth and sometimes a naughty vixon of delightful decadence. She loves really good coffee, cool people and creating kickass, super fun high vibration experiences; whether it’s through workshops, keynotes or hiding out and dancing in the jungle for 10 days.
She’s been an addict for movement and dance (as well as many other yummy things) her whole life. 10 years ago while living in Los Angeles, wrapped up in the Hollywood life, severely bulimic and overworked, she cracked. She was at the top of her “game”. She was under contract with NIKE as a Global Elite Athlete, she was the director of the top Health club in Cali, she was in demand working with companies like Reebok, Sketchers, YogaWorks, Equinox and more. She thought she’d finally made it.
And then BAM! The illusion came crashing down and she woke up to something… something so powerful and liberating! She’s tried to explain it, but words confuse it. Truth, presence, awareness….. what ever it is, It set her free from so many things, changed her perspective and has guided her ever since. She quit her job, sold everything she owned, moved to the Caribbean (fell in and out of love) and launched and founded a Global dance movement that is inspiring millions to come together and get their GROOVE on! www.TheWorldGROOVEMovement.com
Misty now spends an exuberant amount of time making and enjoying mind blowing coffee beverages (for healthy coffee tips visit www.mistytripoli.com) and green smoothies while she continues traveling the world, igniting communities and inspiring hearts to come together to be authentic, creative and have as much fun as humanly possible!
Michelle Patterson is the CEO of Women Network LLC, a media and production company giving women a voice to share their message. Women Network’ s “umbrella platform” shines a light on organizations and corporations who empower women and bring them together as a community to experience “We are Better Together.” Women Network is creating the largest community of women globally. They are the exclusive event producer of the California Women’s Conference. This fortunate relationship allows Women Network to provide additional promotional benefits to the California Women’s Conference through its array of web media functions.
Michelle Patterson’s name conjures up many credits – visionary, author, acceleration executive, founder, passionate, talk show host and dynamic speaker. She is a woman of many talents and dimensions. She is also the founder of Global Women Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit public charity created to bring women together to create global change by empowering them to transform their communities. Its mission supports women to effectuate this change through serving as a world-wide conduit for connecting community, mentoring, education, and financial support.
Ms. Patterson had the good fortune to interview California Governor George Deukmejian when she was 12 years old. Governor Deukmejian was just starting the California Women’s Conference to advance women’s causes. Nearly 30 years later, Ms. Patterson took over the reins of the well-known California Women’s Conference continuing its thirty year tradition as the nation’s preeminent conference for women – a perfect example of the objective Governor Deukmejian set out when he first started the Conference. The conference hosts over two hundred well known thought leaders from around the world ranging from the Dalai Lama to Oprah to Arianna Huffington to name a few.
A successful event promoter; a lauded business accelerator (youngest Regional VP and National Sales Trainer for Robert Half, the world’s largest specialized recruiting firm); a sought-after media commentator (The Huffington Post, CNBC, Fox Business News, Bloomberg and hundreds of TV and radio stations); an energetic and engaging public speaker; host of a weekly radio show on Women Network Talk Radio; Ms. Patterson is also the headlining author for a women’s anthology, Women Change the World, featuring notable celebrity contributors as well as five other books. Ms. Patterson was invited to speak as a keynote to the United Nations on the topic of Women and the difference they are making in our world.
Recently Ms. Patterson was honored with the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Corporate Advocate award at their 23rd annual Women’s Summit and the Women’s Elevation Award, presented by Pepperdine University’s Global Perspectives Conference on March 17, 2016
In 2014, Ms. Patterson was knighted Dame Michelle Patterson for her humanitarian work by the Knights of the Orthodox Order of St. John Russian Grand Priory, a thousand year organization known for their work founding hospitals. She was also honored as “Woman of the Year” by the World Boxing Council at their annual conference in Las Vegas, and she participated in Leadership California (class of 2015), a unique program designed to develop and mobilize female leaders.
Beyond her notable business success, Ms. Patterson is most passionate about her family. She lives in Ladera Ranch, California with her husband of nearly twenty years, Eric, a successful corporate CFO in his own right, and their two beautiful children, Jaclyn and Chase.
Michelle’s team is a paid support staff and an immense number of volunteers who assist her in creating the momentum needed to financially and organizationally produce a conference of this magnitude.
We'd like to thank our event partners:
