Redefining Productivity: Making Your Own Rules
Tue, October 18, 2016, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM EDT
Today’s workplace is built on success markers that require continuous idea generation, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to ask critical questions even before the problem is clear. It is only natural then that the definition of productivity has changed.
In this workshop we will explore alternative productivity cycles to the 9-5 and look at ways to disinherit its rules and restrictions. For some, measuring productivity on a daily cycle is useful and keeps us on task, but what about those of us who find that restrictive and stressful? Together we will identify our own natural cycles and learn how to set goals accordingly. The result – a work/life balance that is better aligned with who you are and what you do.
